These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vaymere Homes website and your purchase of products from us.

Throughout these Terms, “Vaymere Homes,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Vaymere Homes online store. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, customer, or purchaser.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the website or completing checkout.

2. Online Store Platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

Your use of certain checkout, payment, customer-account, Shop, or Shop Pay features may also be subject to terms and privacy practices provided by Shopify or the relevant service provider.

3. Products

Vaymere Homes sells decorative cushion covers and related home-textile products.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

  • cushion inserts are not included;
  • products are sold as covers only;
  • the contents and dimensions of each set are shown on the relevant product page;
  • customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

4. Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, textures, proportions, trims, and details accurately.

However, appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • screen and device settings;
  • lighting conditions;
  • photography;
  • fabric-batch variation;
  • handmade production;
  • how texture reflects light.

Minor variations that do not materially change the product’s design, function, or overall appearance are not considered defects.

No significant material or design substitution will knowingly be made without appropriate notice.

5. Made-to-Order Production

Our cushion cover sets are made to order.

Production normally requires approximately 1–2 business days for manufacturing, finishing, and quality checks.

Production and delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, unusually high demand, material availability, courier disruption, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the displayed product price may not include:

  • shipping charges;
  • customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • brokerage charges;
  • destination-country fees.

Any applicable charges collected through checkout will be shown before the order is completed.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error occurred.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed for production.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to delay, reject, or cancel an order where:

  • payment cannot be verified;
  • fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected;
  • information provided is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • a pricing or website error occurred;
  • we are unable to fulfil the order.

Where we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

8. Order Acceptance

An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is accepted when:

  • payment has been approved;
  • the order has passed any required verification;
  • production or fulfilment has been confirmed.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased by one person, household, account, address, payment method, or reseller where reasonably necessary.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within two hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first.

Because products are made to order and production may begin quickly, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

Custom-sized, personalized, or specially modified orders may enter production shortly after confirmation and may not be cancellable once work begins.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Vaymere Homes operates from Karachi, Pakistan and ships through tracked courier services selected according to destination, price, speed, and availability.

For US orders, the current estimated total delivery period is approximately 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • a correct recipient name;
  • a complete street address;
  • apartment or unit number where applicable;
  • city, state, and postal code;
  • valid telephone and email details.

11. Customs Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges.

Where checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, they will be handled according to the displayed shipping terms.

Where checkout does not state that they are included, such charges may be payable by the recipient.

Customers are responsible for responding to reasonable customs or courier requests concerning their delivery.

12. Failed or Refused Delivery

Additional charges may arise when delivery cannot be completed because of:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
  • failure to respond to the courier;
  • refusal to pay applicable destination charges;
  • refusal of the parcel.

Any refund considered in those circumstances may be reduced by non-refundable shipping, return, customs, handling, or courier charges incurred by Vaymere Homes, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Returns and Refunds

Eligible standard-size products may be returned where a request is submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • unused and unwashed;
  • complete;
  • free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, pet hair, alteration, or damage;
  • returned with all pieces included in the set;
  • returned with the original protective pouch;
  • securely packaged.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping for:

  • change-of-mind returns;
  • styling or color preferences;
  • incorrect size selection by the customer.

Custom-sized, personalized, and specially modified products are final sale except where they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

14. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Visible damage, incorrect items, missing pieces, or suspected defects should be reported within three calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • their order number;
  • photographs of the complete product;
  • close photographs or video of the issue;
  • photographs of the courier packaging;
  • a photograph of the shipping label.

After review, Vaymere Homes may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • replacement;
  • repair where appropriate;
  • partial refund;
  • full refund;
  • authorized return.

Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

15. Exchanges

Vaymere Homes does not currently process direct exchanges for preference or size changes.

Customers may return an eligible product according to the Returns & Exchanges Policy and place a separate order for the preferred product or size.

This does not prevent us from providing a replacement for a confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order.

16. Care and Use

Customers are responsible for following the product-specific instructions and our Care Guide.

Damage caused by the following may not qualify as a manufacturing defect:

  • improper washing;
  • machine washing where not authorized;
  • soaking;
  • bleach;
  • harsh chemicals;
  • excessive heat;
  • tumble drying;
  • ironing decorative components;
  • misuse;
  • alterations;
  • ordinary wear.

17. Intellectual Property

The Vaymere Homes name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, product names, product descriptions, text, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Vaymere Homes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, copy, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Reviews and Customer Content

When you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or similar content, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to provide it;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent.

You grant Vaymere Homes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display and use the submitted content in connection with our website, products, customer service, and marketing.

We will not be required to publish every submission and may remove content that violates these Terms.

19. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • commit or facilitate fraud;
  • submit false payment or identity information;
  • interfere with website security;
  • introduce viruses or harmful code;
  • scrape or copy content through unauthorized automated means;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse another person;
  • make fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or return requests;
  • purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale where restrictions have been stated.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including payment providers, couriers, social-media platforms, or applications.

We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, privacy practices, terms, or conduct of those third parties.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms.

21. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that:

  • access will always be uninterrupted;
  • every error will be corrected immediately;
  • every product will remain available;
  • all information will always be completely free from technical or typographical errors.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

22. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaymere Homes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or purchase of a product.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct.

24. Events Outside Our Control

Vaymere Homes will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • strikes;
  • transport disruption;
  • customs delays;
  • government restrictions;
  • internet or payment-system failure;
  • war, civil disturbance, or public emergency;
  • shortages or interruptions affecting materials or courier services.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate significant delays and provide available options where required.

25. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Vaymere Homes Privacy Policy.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our:

  • products;
  • services;
  • policies;
  • website;
  • business practices;
  • legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

Changes will not unfairly remove rights that already apply to an accepted order.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

28. No Waiver

A failure by Vaymere Homes to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without depriving consumers of any mandatory rights or protections that apply in their place of residence.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws, disputes relating to these Terms or Vaymere Homes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
