Every Vaymere Homes cushion cover set is made to order in Karachi, Pakistan, carefully inspected, and securely prepared for international delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–2 business days for production, finishing, and quality checks before your order is dispatched.

 

UNITED STATES DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Most United States orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

COURIER SERVICES

Vaymere Homes uses trusted tracked international courier services. The carrier may vary depending on destination, service availability, delivery speed, and shipping conditions.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation containing their tracking information.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may take longer because of weekends, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather, remote locations, courier disruption, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Contact Vaymere Homes promptly if tracking indicates that your parcel may be lost.

Damage, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within two hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first.
