What is included with each cushion cover set?

Each standard set includes:

  • 4 square cushion covers
  • 1 rectangular lumbar cushion cover

The exact dimensions depend on the size option selected.

Are cushion inserts included?

No. Vaymere Homes products include cushion covers only.

CUSHION INSERTS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

You will need inserts that correspond to the dimensions of your selected cover set.

What size options are available?

Our cushion cover sets are available in selected size combinations. The exact dimensions are displayed within the size selector on each product page.

Our primary Classic Set includes:

  • 4 square covers measuring 18" × 18"
  • 1 lumbar cover measuring 18" × 24"

Only the available options shown on the product page can be ordered.

How should I choose the correct size?

Measure your existing cushion inserts before placing an order and choose covers that match their stated dimensions.

For a fuller appearance, some customers prefer inserts slightly larger than the cover, but the correct choice depends on the insert material and desired fullness. Vaymere Homes cannot guarantee the fit of third-party inserts.

Are your cushion covers made to order?

Yes. Vaymere Homes cushion cover sets are made to order and enter production after the order has been confirmed.

How long does production take?

Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for production, finishing, and quality checks before dispatch.

How long will delivery take?

For United States orders, the current estimated total delivery period is approximately:

7–14 business days

This includes production and expected courier transit time.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, remote-area delays, and circumstances outside the courier’s control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When tracked courier service is used, tracking details will be emailed after the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking activity may take a short period to appear after the courier receives the parcel.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Vaymere Homes uses trusted tracked courier services. The carrier may vary according to the destination, delivery speed, service availability, and shipping conditions.

We do not guarantee that every order will be shipped through one specific courier.

Will the product color look exactly the same as the photographs?

We aim to represent every design as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur because of:

  • screen brightness and display settings;
  • lighting conditions;
  • natural variation between fabric batches;
  • differences in how texture reflects light.

How is my order packaged?

Each cushion cover set is carefully folded and placed inside a protective translucent pouch to help preserve its fabric, shape, and finishing details.

The protected set is then placed inside secure courier packaging for delivery.

How should I care for my cushion covers?

Most Vaymere Homes covers should be spot cleaned gently using a soft damp cloth and allowed to air dry.

Do not bleach, soak, tumble dry, or apply harsh cleaning chemicals. Do not iron directly over straps, buckles, trims, or PU leather-style details.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first.

Because our products are made to order and production may begin quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

What is your return policy?

Eligible standard-size products may be considered for return when a request is submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, complete, and returned in their original condition with all five covers and the protective pouch.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping when returning due to change of mind, styling preference, or an incorrectly selected size.

Do you offer direct exchanges?

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

Customers may return an eligible standard-size product according to the return policy and place a new order for the preferred design or size.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective orders are handled separately.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact Vaymere Homes within three calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the complete set;
  • close photographs of the issue;
  • photographs of the courier packaging;
  • a photograph of the shipping label.

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or authorized return depending on the circumstances.

Do you ship outside the United States?

The United States is our primary launch market.

We plan to expand to additional destinations, including the United Kingdom and Europe. International availability, pricing, customs charges, and delivery estimates will be shown when those shipping regions are officially enabled.

Who pays customs duties or import taxes?

Where duties, taxes, or customs charges apply, responsibility will follow the terms displayed at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
