Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident ordering from Vaymere Homes. Please review the following conditions before submitting a return request.
Return window
Eligible standard-size products may be returned when a return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return. Please do not send an item to any address before receiving return authorization and instructions from Vaymere Homes.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the complete cushion-cover set must be:
- unused and unwashed;
- in its original condition;
- free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, pet hair, damage, or alteration;
- returned with all five cushion covers;
- returned with its original protective pouch;
- securely packaged for transit.
Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, or incomplete contents may not qualify for a refund.
Cushion inserts
Vaymere Homes products contain cushion covers only. Cushion inserts are not included.
Custom and made-to-measure orders
Custom-sized, personalized, or specially modified products are final sale and cannot be returned due to change of mind, styling preference, or incorrect customer measurements.
This restriction does not apply when Vaymere Homes sends an incorrect item or when a confirmed defect is present.
Change-of-mind returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible products due to change of mind, color or styling preference, or an incorrectly selected size.
The original shipping charge, where separately charged, is non-refundable.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
Please contact us within three calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.
Include your order number and clear photographs of:
- the product;
- the affected area;
- the courier packaging;
- the shipping label.
Once the issue has been reviewed, Vaymere Homes may offer a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or authorized return at no cost to the customer, depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible standard-size product and place a new order for their preferred design or size.
This does not affect replacements issued for incorrect or defective orders.
Return authorization
Approved customers will receive:
- a return authorization reference;
- the approved US return address;
- packaging instructions;
- the deadline for dispatching the return.
Unauthorized parcels or parcels sent to an unapproved address may not be accepted.
Return shipment
Approved returns must be dispatched within seven calendar days after return authorization.
Customers should use a tracked shipping service and retain proof of shipment. Vaymere Homes is not responsible for customer return parcels lost before reaching the approved return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to five business days following inspection for the refund to be initiated. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card-provider processing times may vary.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for discretionary returns:
- custom-sized or personalized products;
- items marked final sale;
- incomplete five-piece sets;
- washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered items;
- products without authorization;
- returns submitted outside the stated return period.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within two hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first.
Once production has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Custom-size orders may enter production shortly after confirmation.
